Drop-in Counselling: Who it’s for and how it works

Drop-in Counselling is for anyone age 13 or older, including couples and families.

Common reasons that people come to Drop-in:

  • Feeling sad, anxious, or overwhelmed.
  • Dealing with loss or a life change.
  • Struggling in a relationship.
  • Having thoughts of suicide or self-harm.
  • Using alcohol or drugs
  • Looking for a safe place to talk things through.

Drop-in counselling is an opportunity to be heard, explore options, and learn new ways of coping.

Come to Klinic at 167 Sherbrook St during the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday and Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

It’s first come, first served. Just tell the front desk staff you’d like to see a drop-in counsellor.
